Is there ability to change the speed of spring animations, or we can just turn it off or on?

Hello Was,

Unfortunately you can't change speed of the spring animation. RadMap control for Silverlight uses standard Silverlight MultiScaleImage control which do not provide the way to control the speed of spring animations.
