Special Character(') problem in Hierarchical grid

I am using AJAX Q2 2008 telerik version.
In 3 level hierarchical grid,It shows me System.Data.SyntaxErrorException: Syntax error: Missing operand after 's' operator.
when data binding to grid(specially when i tried to save apostrophe(') character) .
If i change or add telerik latest version,still it shows me error.

Help me.
