Hi I just try Telerik Reporting using Visual Studio and I have some questions.
Does the Framework works with collections with inherited types ?
If yes, is there a way to create a different detail for each data types ?
Can we have multiple data sources ?

Telerik Reporting works with any type based on the ones elaborated in ObjectDataSource Component help article. Y
You can use multiple datasource in one report definition but any datasource component should be used in a separate data item such as Table/Crosstab/List, Graph, Map, Report or Subreport.
About different details you can use Conditional Formatting to modify detail section/items according to the data.
