It appears that in the latest update for Prometheus, the skin Blue was removed. Was this on purpose? Will it be re-added back? I had a lot of pages that used this skin and they all threw an exception that the skin could not be found.

Additionally it looks like other skins were changed ... the Web20 skin looks very different (when you run the demo even the screenshot of the skin looks different than the actual skin). The Black changed, etc...

Unfortunately, the Blue skin is not a common skin for all controls, and it has been removed from Prometheus controls. However you can download it from http://www.telerik.com/skins/ using your login credentials.
