Hi,

I created a MVC application which uses KendoUI for MVC version 2012.1.528.440 using .Net framework 4.0 and Visual Studio 2013 which works as expected. Thanks to Telerik for such great HTML extensions however I'm unable to create a simple DropdownList in Sitefinity MVC Widget using KendoUI HTML helper methods as it throws Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'kendo' is undefined error which is very generic error.

Let me know if anyone has created similar widgets and help me out with suitable solution

Hi Anthony,

Please, ensure that you are loading all necessary resources as described here, and you are not loading them twice, since there are built-in widgets that use kendo in Sitefinity. Since you are getting undefined on kendo, please ensure it is loaded on the page. If not, you should reference the kendo.all javascript.
