Silverlight Telerik Demos

    Hi,

    We have been trying to view the silverlight telerik demos via the following URL
    http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Chart/FirstLook
    But we are unable to.We are getting the following error. We already have Microsoft Silverlight 4.0.60531.0 on our machine.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Do you experience the demos error on a particular machine or you reproduce this on any machine you are using? Also, can you please clean you browser's cache, try to reopen the links and finally let us know what is the result?

    Hi,

    We have tried on four different machines , and the demos did not open in any.
    I cleared the browser's cache and tried re-opening the links. But I am still getting the same error.

    Could you please help.

    Thank you for the response.

    The issue seems odd since the both the demos and the help link you sent us open effortlessly on our side, as seen on these videos:

    Looking at the exception stack of the error in the example, it seems that an issue while downloading the themes occurs. In this relation, is your machine (or the whole office) behind some kind of a proxy/firewall that might prevent some files from download? What happens if you try to open the links from a different browser?

    The sites were blocked at our end, so I was not able to view it.
    It is resolved and I am able to view the sites.
