Does OpenAccess ORM allow me to use SharePoint as a data source to build an ORM based on SharePoint lists?

No, unfortunately Telerik OpenAccess ORM is oriented agains working with relational database servers such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySql and other. You can have a look at this page the complete list of our current supported backends.
