When I login to my Dashboard, I'm able to filter analytics based on whether they were "Internal" (from the development team) or "Public" (users out in the wild).

This is a great feature but all of my development usage is appearing as "Public". What am I doing wrong? Is there something I need to do so that the development usage is flagged correctly?

Hi Michael,
I have just answer your support questions. But for others can have benefit from the answer, I also post it here.

1) Set the TestMode flag in the monitor. TestMode property are on the AnalyticsMonitorSettings object. See documentation here:
http://api.eqatec.com/analytics/dotnet/?topic=html/P_EQATEC_Analytics_Monitor_AnalyticsMonitorSettings_TestMode.htm

2) Set a product filter in Silverlight. Login to your account, go to you product in the left menu under  Products -> [Your product].
Here can you setup IP or Release filter, eg your company's IP address or if you have a specific version you want to flag as internal.

Happy holidays,
Rasmus
