Hi,
I need to set different background colors to each TileViewItem header in a TileView.

Can you please help me:-)

Hello Sree,

Currently this cannot be achieved easily in the RadTileView. You can vote for this feature request in order to increase its development priority. Feel free to ask if you need further info or assistance.
