I used the simple page above and it's not working for me - the multi select does not seem to be working correctly (drag and release mouse type). However the examples on your website work as expected. Could you please let me know what's wrong.

Hi Mona,

I tested the code that you provided but I was not able to replicate the issue that you describe. I could select multiple items from the RadListBox control when holding the Ctrl key as explained on the demo here.

Maybe I did not explain this better. I am able to select multiple items when holding down the CTRL key or SHIFT but I want to select multiple without holding any key- just with the mouse drag - like in this example. If I try this example on my box it's not working.... Is there a version when this was fixed to work like that? I really need it to work like in this example http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/listbox/examples/functionality/validation/defaultvb.aspx?#qsf-demo-source

Hello Mona,

Thank you for clarifying that. i also tested the issue in the exact way that you describe - by selecting an item and dragging the mouse (without holding down the Ctrl key) and I still get the result described on the demo and the video here. I tested it with the beta version of the Q2 2013 RadControls. Let me know on the version that you are using and if you are testing with a desktop or a mobile device.

Hi Mona,

We used to have issues with the SelectionMode property of the RadListBox control that we fixed with the Q1 2012 SP1 (version 2012.1.411) as described in the release history here. Therefore I would suggest that you upgrade to any version that comes after the 2012 SP1 where the issues is resolved.

Hi Kate,

My subscription expired last year (June 23 2012) and in the year I had the subscription I did not download any updates. Now if I go to the account I can't get any updates that were released in the year of my subscription. I can only get version 2011.1.512- that even older that what I have... It looks like for other products than RadControls for WebForms (JustCode, WinForms...)  there are options to get the 2012 version but not for what I'm interested in :( Is there a way to get the Q1 2012 version since at that time I was subscribed?

Hi Mona,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, the below is possible. You can download version 2012.1 215 of the software. In order to download it you should log into your account >> Premium Collection >> Download >> Older version >> 2012.1 215.

I hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Like I told you before, I don't see that version in my account. I only see the 2011.1.512. Also in the Premium Collection I don't see any Download -> Older Version links/ buttons etc... How am I to get that 2012.1.215 version?

Thanks

Hi Aaron,

Our apologies for the misunderstanding.  Please allow me to clarify.  When you log in to your telerik.com account, please select the Products & Subscriptions drop down menu, then choose Premium Collection.

From there, select the blue rectangle that says "Download Installer and other resources".

Then you will see a list of all available downloads, just like the screenshot I have attached.

Please, try downloading using these instructions and do not hesitate to write back should you experience and difficulty.
