Please let me know if it is possible to achieve following functionalities in radgrid and how.
1) Can we select columns in grid and paste into excel ?
2) When copying and pasting few rows from Grid to excel can we also copy column headers ?

Hi Mausami,
Please refer to this help topic for information about our copy/paste support.
Since column selection is still now available out of the box, I have attached a sample project that demonstrates how this functionality can be implemented.
