Seeking developer familiar with Telerik Dock component

Hi

I am looking for a developer to advise me on how best to add content to a Telerik Dock component. 

The source of the content will be from an external application server. I manage that application server and our customer manages the portal application that uses the Telerik controls.

I need to advise customer and implement a solution.
