When drilling down through a Test Results file, and getting to the specific test script line that errored out, when double-clicking on the red&white "X" icon to see the image results, sometimes this window opens with no problem, sometimes it takes quite a while (several to many minutes) and sometimes it just never ever opens.  Any suggestions on how to go about trouble-shooting this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Briar,

Thank you for choosing Telerik Test Studio.

I am sorry to hear you are facing such an issue and will try to assist you on that. Please let me know if there is any pattern or anything specific when you observe a delay or a never opened window. Does this happen in a particular project/test? Are you able to reproduce that behavior or it is inconsistent?

Please generate your application log and try to reproduce the issue. This will allow us to investigate what happens in the background. Please bear in mind to clear the log and narrow down its content to the particular test execution and opening the failure results.

Thank you in advance for the cooperation and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, Elena,

I am posting an application log that records an instance of this problem.  I double-clicked to see the image results and there was no response for several minutes.  It was end-of-day for me so I left Test Studio running.  When I returned this morning, the process had closed.

Thanks,

Briar

Hello Briar,

I reviewed your log file but unfortunately I wouldn't be able to determine what the issue is using only it. Please share some further details on the topics listed below:
- Are the faulty results generated from local or remote runs?
- Are you opening the test results separately or within Test Studio?
- Do you observe this in a particular project or it happens across multiple?
- Would it be possible to provide us your project?

Thanks in advance for the cooperation! I will be looking forward to hearing from you.
