We are using Icenium products and we are happy with it. But as a part of our internal policy, there are restrictions on accessing source code outside our corporate environment as we have signed agreements with our customers. Is there a way to make sure that connection to icenuim is done from certain locations (as if locking the access based on a static IP address or a certificate solution) ? Or maybe to host the development environment on our own servers ?

Hello Nader,

Appreciate the kind words about the product!

This is currently not supported and you are the first one to request it, so we suggest you post this as general request in our feedback portal. Our RoadMap is shaped based on the votes for features in this portal, so if other users think this is a valuable addition to the product, we would certainly consider its implementation.

About hosting the development environment locally, you would be able to do this if you use Visual Studio for your IDE. In the upcoming 1.8 version of Icenium (end of September), we would introduce Visual Studio extension that would allow you to develop hybrid apps using Icenium directly from Visual Studio i.e. respectively the application code would not be in our cloud.
