Hello telerik,

I just have a question: what is the secret of such a good support system?
Is it the the ticket-system? Then you should sell it as a product :)
Is it the people who work for the company? Then they have a big heart for Telerik...

I was just wondering why some software companies (or others) are just so un-friendly and let you wait such long times...

Well, just letting you know that you are a fine - full of support - company.

Any others who have good tips for setting up a good support service?

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Everything comes from the heart:) We love our work and we have always had a genuine desire to help customers.

Good software can facilitate things, however, it can't change you. If you don't think customers and their problems matter, then no software can make a difference. If you rely only on the software features to make you good at what you do it's like relying on Microsoft Word features to win you a Nobel for Literature:)
