Hello,
During the testing of our application, one of my beta-testers said that at some point using the RadGridView, both horizontal and vertical scrollbars started blinking.
I looked into it, and nothing in my application could cause such behaviour. So I thought it might be a bug from the component itself.
The only hint I got since it was a bug very hard to reproduce is that it only seems to happen when the height of all the rows matches exactly the height of the component itself.
That's all I got.
please let me know if you can reproduce such a bug.

Hi Subileau Pascal,
Could you share more information about this issue?
What do you mean by blinking? Did you see this behavior while EnableRedrawRegions=true (in silverlight settings)? Also is the grid alone on the page or there are other controls?
If you could send us the project (or at least some screenshots) it will be of great help for us to identify this issue.
