    Hi,

I have a Radcolorpicker on my web user control page. This usercontrol is invoked from aspx page. And the Scriptmanager tag is on the master page. It builds well. But at runtime I get the following error -
" Script control '<control ID>' is not a registered script control. Script controls must be registered using RegisterScriptControl() before calling RegisterScriptDescriptors().
    Parameter name: scriptControl  "

It works well in a standalone page. Anything I missed to configure?

    Thanks,
    Prashant Phalle.

    Hello Prashant Phalle,
I am not quite sure why you get this error. Could you please open a new support ticket and send me a simple running project, demonstrating this error? Once I am, able to reproduce it locally, I will be able to research what causes it.

    Greetings,

    Hi,

There are several reasons why you could get this error however, none of them is related to the RadColorPicker control. Could you please try to replace the RadColorPicker with a control from the ASP.NET AJAX Toolkit and test if you get the same error?
In case you only get the error with the Telerik RadColorPicker control, open a new support thread and send us a simple running project that demonstrates this problem.  Once we receive it we will do our best to help you.

    Sincerely yours,
