I find that the tooltip of the end time field is very badly placed.
It hides the start tiime field completly and this is vey disturbing for someone with a small brain like me that can't remember the start time I just picked in the field before ;)
Maybe you could put them on the right?

Hi John,
I agree that the tooltip position is not good. Unfortunately it cannot be changed without custom RadDateTimePicker control template, which we want to avoid at any cost. We will consider adding a property that will control the position of the hint tooltip after Q1 2011.
