ScheduleVIEW 3 freezes on specific customer

A pt called this morning to reschedule from tomorrow to this morning.  I tried to move the appt from tomorrow and ScheduleVIEW froze.  I restarted ScheduleVIEW and tried again the same thing happened.  I then tried to enter a new appt for this pt and it froze again (it freezes when I go to save).  I restarted my computer thinking it might help.  Computer restarted, opened ScheduleVIEW again and tried to enter a random pt's information for an appt, I had no problem entering and saving the appt.  I then thought I would try to 'trick' ScheduleVIEW and change to appt I set for random pt the name of the pt that keeps freezing ScheduleVIEW on me....it didn't work.  ScheduleVIEW froze when I tried to save this appt.  

Any tips, tricks, ideas, solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the provided information is not enough to reproduce the issue you are referring, we tried to recreate the explained scenario and everything worked as expected. Could you please provide us with more details about the ScheduleView setup and customization? Also if you are able to isolate the issue in a sample project and send it to us would be really helpful.

I attached a snapshot of the 'about' section of the ScheduleVIEW we use.  I also pasted the information above that is in the scroll screen of the 'about' section of ScheduleVIEW.  I attached a picture of the screen as it freezes.  You will notice the dialog box in the upper left corner that appears and the mouse just spins and the screen turns (kind of) transparent.  I am not completely certain what you are asking me about in regards to more information.  I have only been using this program for the past 3 weeks.  My employer has used it for years without ever encountering this problem.  I did not have a problem scheduling this pt previous to this glitch that happened yesterday.  I hope what I am providing you is more helpful.  I am not sure how exactly to isolate the issue in a sample project.  If you can give instructions as to how to accomplish this I would be more than happy to.  

I did try a few things to try to pinpoint exactly what is causing this particular pt to freeze while scheduling.  We have 2 providers in ScheduleVIEW.  When I try to schedule this pt with the our first provider (not his default provider) I can schedule his appt.  When I try to schedule him to our second provider (his usual provider) it freezes.  I then tried to see if this was specifically for his default appointment type.  For our first provider I can schedule him for any type of service.  However, for the second provider I cannot schedule him for any type of service without ScheduleVIEW freezing.  

I appreciate any further help you can provide.

Hello,

The ScheduleView control in the provided screenshots seems to be a different third party application and not the Telerik RadScheduleView control for Silverlight. You should contact the support team of that third party ScheduleView control about issues with its functionality.
