Hello lam,
The reason why you do not see DOC and XLS formats is that they are not one of the supported export formats. As for PDF - can you please verify that you've added the Telerik.Windows.Documents.FormatProviders.Pdf and Telerik.Windows.Zip assemblies in your project?
