RowValidating is not working with NewRow

Hello Telerik team,

we updated silverlight project from Telerik version Q3 2010 SP1 to Telerik version Q1 2013 SP1.

Now we have a problem with the row validating, when new rows are added into a radgridview.

We use `RowValidating` event for `RadGridView`. It works fine with regular rows, but new row is not getting red when e.IsValid is set to false.  However, error message displays properly.
What should we do to get it working?

The described Problem did not occure with version Q3 2010 SP1.

I tried to reproduce the described issue but to no avail. May I ask you to take a look at the attached project? Are you able to get the problem on it?
