After upgrading from 2013.3.1016 to 2013.3.1204 the RowHeight property wont go below something like 27px. No problem in previous version.

Hi,

Indeed, you are right. This is a problem on our side. 
We managed to resolve it and the fix will be available with the next latest internal build.

Meanwhile, as a workaround, I can suggest you to apply a Style targeting GridViewRow and set a MinHeight="0" for it.

I have updated your Telerik points accordingly.

Yes, it solved the problem for me (setting MinHeight = 0 in the GridViewRow Style)
