Rounded Corners with Combobox

We want a drop down control for DNN. The dropdowns (please see image attached) we need a circle with the arrow. Also when the user clicks on that arrow, the drop down that pops down will need to have rounded corners. Is this possible with Telerik for DNN? How would the scroll bar look in such kind of control?
