Hello Ashwini,
This is a midpoint value and the result will round to the smaller integer. If the value is like 12.50001, the Round function will round the value to the bigger integer.
Please feel free to log a feature request for extending the Round function with options for specifying the behavior on midpoint rounding. Features are considered for implementation based on the demand.
