Hi,
I have played around with the layout properties with no success attempting to align the menu items to the right hand side of the menu however I am unable to do so, is this a limitation or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Xavier Hutchinson,
If you wish to change the layout of the RadMenuItems I suggest you use the ItemContainerStyle. For some other details, please also check this article. It is important to note that if you are loading menu items dynamically, ItemContainerStyle will apply to all items, but if you use with static items, you will need to apply it manually to the subitems.
If you wish to change the dropdown popup location (as I understand from your post that you may be trying to do so), you should edit the style of the whole Menu. You can generate this from Expression Blend and modify the pop-up location to your own liking.
