Dear Friend,
I am using RichTextEditor on a user control and I am opening this user control in a tab but some how only this form taking much time to load, any reason why this RichTextEditor taking much time...

RadRichTextEditor is a heavy control especially when it is associated with a RichTextEditorRibbonBar, however, this should not cause a performance issue. Currently, we are not aware of any known issues regarding the performance of the control. You can check the following KB resource discussing how our TPF framework behaves compared to the standard WinForms controls: http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/winforms/details/performance-considerations.
Regarding your actual scenario, I can suggest opening a support ticket and sending us a sample project demonstrating the observed on your end behavior.
