Hi,
As stated in the links below, the Ribbonbar toolbar mode should be release with the first version of the RadEditor:

Is it there? I can't find it in the samples..

Hello,
We did not manage to include the RibbonBar toolbar mode in the current editor release. Please accept our apologies for that. It is still in our plans but it has been pushed back for a future release.
