Hi
My first question is :
Does RadRibbonBar support rtl direction ? There is no help in documentation about righ-to-left support

My second question is :
It seems that by adding RadControls (like RadMenu or RadTreeView) to the Right-To-Left pages, they detect the rtl direction and there is no need to add "dir=rtl" attribute to the control instance . Am I right ?

My last question :
How can I do Localizaion for RadInputManager Contrl? I want to get ErrorMessage or EmptyMessage from Resources ?

Thank you very much for your feedback

Hi, Reza.

1) The ribbon does not support RTL mode, nor it will provide in the near future. The main reason for that being that there is no specification from Microsoft. (Or put correctly, the MS specs explicitly says that the ribbon does not work in RTL)

2) Indeed. Many of the controls detect if a page is in RTL mode and apply the styles to the control. Yet, if a control is explicitly set to be RTL it may look RTL before the page is fully loaded and you will not get the ugly flickering.

3) For that question, I will assign the ticket to the appropriate person.

Hello,

I guess you are asking about any updates regarding rtl mode for the RadRibbonBar. I would like to clarify that RadRibbonBar doesn't support right-to-left direction in the latest release of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX(Q1 2014).

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us again.
