restricted margin on maximise window not taking effect

my radwindow is restricted and topmargin=45.but when i do maximize it does not leave the margin from top which is 45

Hello Muhammad,

When IsRestricted/RestrictedAreaMargin properties are set and the Window is maximized it maximizes to the hole Silverlight plugin.

This is an expected behavior and by design this is the behavior of the Window when it is in maximized state.
