Reset Tool -Customization

Hi Alll,

I wanted to add an custom "New" button along with the RadImageEditor. On clicking this "New" button, i would like to load the ImageEditor with a diff image.

Could you please let me know how to achieve this? Can the reset tool functionality be used for this purpose with some customization ?

Hi Kishore,

The reset functionality in RadImageEditor resets the changes applied to the currently edited image, but cannot be used for loading a different images.

In order to change fully the image loaded into the ImageEditor, you will need to choose between one of the following two options:

• Change the image on the server-side by passing the desired path to the ImageEditor's ImageUrl property.
• Upload the new image in the way demonstrated here:
  http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/imageeditor/examples/imageupload/defaultcs.aspx
