I'd like to put in my request to have a control that would allow to magnify a part of the image as mouse goes over. Here is link to see a running sample:
http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=11439
As you move your mouse over, another window opens up to show a magnified version.
Here is one done by component one:
http://demo.componentone.com/Silverlight/ControlExplorer/#C1ImageMagnifier/See%20it%20in%20action!
I like the first one better.
Secondly, is Telerik going to get more involved in Imaging for SL? I see lots of stuff on CodePlex, but I don't trust any future or support for those.
Thanks!
..Ben
p.s. You may say that DeepZoom does that, and yes I thought about too, however these images are uploaded by users and to convert them into DZ format gets too involved of a process. A simple magnifier would be much more efficient.

Hello ..Ben,
Thanks for your question.
We have not planned anything similar for Q1 2010. However, we believe this is a great idea and we might consider it for the Q2 release. I am afraid that there is not much more I can say at this stage
Best wishes,

Hi Nick;
I sincerely hope you would consider this feature, since this is a common feature with AJAX apps and users kind of expect/demand to be in SL app, which is supposed to be a more advance technology!
Back in SL 1.1 Alpha I used the ScaleTransform to perform such task and it worked great (as long as you start with a hi res picture), but it was not a "Component" control, which was not flexible to be used like a component. I'd even be happy using scaletrasform done as a component.
Hope it makes it to life!

Thanks Valio;
A suggestion on the PITS. Would it be possible to show the date of each thread on the "Public Issue" grid and secondly allow us to sort by title of each issue?
Thanks
