Hi Efren,
I believe this question is related to your inquiry in the api/reports/clients connection timeout telerik report - the user must see an error message if the API didn't get the 200 status forum thread. If the suggested approaches to log the error do not help you, please check the server machine's Event Viewer and post details about the error occurring there.
This will help us understand better the issue and troubleshoot it.
Regards,
Stef

Hi Stef,
I also experience the same thing on the report designer itself.
Is there a way to set the timeout time longer on the report designer?
Thanks

Hi Efren,
Test setting all SqlDataSource components' CommandTimeout to a greater value. Also extend the timeouts in connection strings.
To provide you more accurate suggestions, please elaborate with screenshots, error logs and details how data is supplied in the report.
