I also would like to thank the Telerik team for developing (and keeping free) JustDecompile which will undoubtedly become another useful .NET development tool for many.

Question, where should JD beta problems be reported? I received the following runtime exception (followed by a crash) when clicking on a method in one of my assemblies and would like to ensure it is properly reported.

    ---------------------------
    Error
    ---------------------------
An error has occurred. Please, report this exception to the Telerik team (Use CTRL + C to copy the text). Thanks in advance!

    Hello-

Thanks for playing an active role in trying and testing the Beta! This is an early preview, so we know there are many bugs to address before the official release this summer.

For any bugs you find, you can simply open a Support Ticket share the errors and we will investigate promptly. If you can provide additional context (like what assembly/type you were trying to decompile), that will help us repo and fix fast.

We'll try to make it easier in future builds to share feedback, too, so it gets even easier to help us continually improve JustDecompile.

In the mean time, thanks for sharing these issues.

That would be great; but adding JustDecomple to my "Your Products" and going to support results in this:

We are sorry, but your support package is not active.

This is due to one of the following reasons:

    • You are not the assigned licensed user for your purchase. To check the licensed user please go to Licensed Users List.
    • Your 60 day trial support period has expired. If you would like to request a trial and support extension, please use the online Feedback form.
    • The 1 year Support package associated with your developer license has expired. Please, visit Renewals and Upgrades for upgrade/renewal options.

You can still use the available online support resources to help you with your development.

    Thanks for the follow-up, Peter.

We will try to update the online support system to make it possible for all JustDecompile beta testers to submit support tickets. In the meantime, feel free to keep sharing issues in the forums and the product team will be able to grab them for review.

Thanks again for taking an active role in providing beta feedback.

    -Todd
