Hello Aron,
It seems you have set small width and height for the viewer and hidden its toolbar, but the widht/height of the report itself is bigger than the viewer's and that is why scroll bars occur. Make the width/height of the detail section of the report bare minimum to cover the barcode only and there should not be scrollbars.
