Problem: When run Q1 2016 report designer - get error. Please see attached file
Tested also on the Windows 10 pro (russian) x64, and Windows 7 pro x64 - the same error

Same problem here, WIn 10 64 bit, UK with latest Q1 2016

Hello Andy,
We indeed had this problem in the official release which appears on some configurations.
We have already published an internal build (10.0.16.118) which fixes this issue. Please, download it from your account -> Products and Subscriptions -> Latest Internal Builds and give it a try.
Let us know if you experience any other difficulties.
