Thank you Konstantina for your quick reply.....
It was really helpful on hiding the header.

But can we move the RadPane's header in center of that Pane??.....

    Hi Naren,

To achieve this you will have to edit the ControlTemplate of the Docking. First create a custom theme for the Docking control using the steps provided here: http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/common-styling-apperance-modifying-built-in-theme.html
Once you have the custom theme of the Docking find the ControlTemplate with x:Key="PaneGroupDocumentTemplate". There you have to set the HorizontalAligment property of the ItemsPresenter with x:Name="ItemsPresenterElement". That will align the tabs of the DocumentHost.

Please let us know if you need additional help.

    Sincerely yours,
    Konstantina
