Hello Buzz,
You will need to edit the default ControlTemplate of the RadToolBar. I attached a sample project where I have modified the template accordingly.
I have applied changes to the InnerBackground Border CornerRadius property as well as to the PART_DropdownButton ToggleButton's ControlTemplate.
