- fixed server error when creating skin for dependant controls (e.g. Grid and Menu)
- fixed modal overlay in scrollable pages
- added cache busters in "Colorization done" dialog. Now images will be the real ones.
- added scrolling to states tabstrip in fine-tune mode (for lower resolutions)
- added "apply" button to fine-tune screen. removed automatic save of changes. changed interface to a more pleasant one.
