Hi Eqatec By mistake we have had a release with version number 99.99.99.99 registered in our "SFGU" eqatec db. This plays havoc when we close exceptions, as they are marked as fixed in 99.99.99.99, which will prevent it from reopening the case if the error is seen again. Please remove the release 99.99.99.99 from our eqatec db, changing exception cases the that are marked as fixed in 99.99.99.99 to be fixed in 1.8.1.1001 instead. I believe it is case 38 and 39. Suggestion for improvement: When closing a case it should be possiblt to specify which version the exception is fixed in - default could continue to be the highest registered version, but it would be possible to specify another version if needed Best Regards Troels

Hi Troels We've updated the database as you described: removing the mentioned release and altering the fixed exceptions to the version you provided. We'll put your suggestion for explicitly entering the close-version into our backlog. If you have questions or feedback, don't hesitate to send us an email again Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
