Red Dot on file upload

All of a sudden, I am receiving failure on Async File Upload via the red dot to the left of the file. Before this was a green dot and the file uploaded to the database correctly

Please make sure that the Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd handler is registered in the web.config.
