Recurrence state not persisting

I am trying to implement recurrence appointment. In appointmentinsert event the recurenncestate is showing as not recurring, even though i checked the recurrence checkbox. Someone tell me what i am missing

The reason i found is that recurresupport value is set to false. How to set it to true?

Hello,

 The issue described in not a known one and I could not observe it on any of our on-line demos. Would you please elaborate a little bit how to replicate it or let us know if it can be observed on any of our examples?
