realtime.co realtime push notification cannot connect on Android

I am getting an exception when trying realtime.co realtime pub/nub on Android. It works fine in the simulator, but cannot connect on Android device. I wanted to know if there is a plugin or a way to support websocket for both iOS and Android, so realtime.co can work.

Try connecting using SSL. Use the following cluster URL: https://ortc-developers.realtime.co/server/ssl/2.1
