Hello ranjith,
First it is important to understand that the recording only uses Internet Explorer version 7 and 8. We do not do recording in any other browser. The buttons you see for the other browsers are used to control which browser the test is played back in.
Opening to about:blank and just staying there is not normal. We need to get to the bottom of that. Can you please check and delete this if they are installed on your computer:
These other products may conflict with the current version of WebUI Test Studio and cause your problem. Once deleted please re-install the current version and try this again.

- Automation Design Canvas
- WebAii framework
- An old version of WebUI Test Studio
These other products may conflict with the current version of WebUI Test Studio and cause your problem. Once deleted please re-install the current version and try this again.
