Just wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and know what the problem is.
The attachment works for 99% of the users.
There are 3 users in different geolocation that have experienced random security prompt pop up when attaching the file.
Helpdesk says if they clear the IE8 browser cache then user can add, then an hour later security prompt appears.
We have Silverilght and Flash installed.

It's the typical Windows authentication prompt for Domain ID/Password.
There is no other known network issue except when using the attachment capability.

    Hi,

Basically the reason that is causing such error is most probably connected the rights of the Target or Temporary folders used. That is why I will recommend you to add full rights control to these folders and assigned full control rights to the application pool account and the network service.

You can also refer to this help topic where several similar cases we described.

    Hope this will be helpful.
