Hi there,

I am experiencing some strange behavior from the telerik charts.

I am randomly getting "Error Loading RadChart image"  and a small "X" where the charts are supposed to be when loading them.

Any reason why this is happening? Anyway to prevent it? If not, is there anyway to detect it in code so that i can load it again?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

Hello Kevin,

You may check this forum post where a similar topic was discussed. If it doesn't help can you elaborate a bit more on what version of IIS your website is run? Also what is the httphandler registration in your web.config file?

Never mind about this... I was deleted the temporary images while its still rendering.

(btw I delete them myself because they dont get deleted fast enough.. if there is a workaround for this let me know)

Thanks

Kevin
