Could you please confirm if your problem falls under the description of point 6.7 in this support page of the third-party product that you use and if any of the suggestions fixes the problem?

If not, would it be possible to provide us with sample code that we could test? By default, we do not guarantee support for all kinds of third party controls but we will inspect the problem further if we have a runnable example to test.
