I am using radscript manager in my application but i dont want to use 

<

 

add assembly="System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35"/>
in web.config so that i am getting error
do i use rad script manager with out this tag in web.config

Hi,

what kind of error do you get?

Last not least - the line in your post has nothing to do with telerik.
This is a (version looks a bit old) "default handler".

if i comment this line then i am getting erro

Hi,

of course you get an error -- ASP.NET needs this handler.
If you comment it out something is missing.

It's something like the breaks in your car.
Of course you can say "I don't want to use this brake pedal" - and remove it.
But sooner or later this will result in a lethal error :)

To be serious - what's your problem with this line?
ASP.net needs it - therefore it's place there.
So why do you want to remove (comment) it?
