Hi

I have been reading this section "Integrating RadControls in ASP.NET MVC" but it does not mention if RadRatator (and its Ticker) and ListView were supported in MVC. Can anyone kindly let me know if they are supported please? It would be much appreciated if there is a simple sample project to demo it. :-)

Thank you
Best regards

Hello Pak,

The RadRotator and RadListView controls can be integrated into MVC. Still keep in mind that certain features may not work as expected, because of the differences in the frameworks.

Please, find attached a sample page view from an MVC project showing one possible implementation. Please, note that the controls are databound in the view, which is the way to do it under the MVC framework. Also keep in mind that you will need these controls inside a form tag in order for them to work properly.

Hope this helps.

Hi Niko

Thank you and much appreciated for the sample. With the limitation, just wondering does it still support drag and drop and trigger client side events for ajax calls?

Again, thank you

Hello Pak,

You should not experience problems with the client events, but it is better to test them and check for problems.

All the best,
