In order to implement your scenario you'll need to edit the ControlTemplate
of the RadRibbonView
control. This article

elements of the control - basically there is a Grid
hosts the RadRibbonView TitleBar
elements and you can add more children in it and rearrange the current children collection to better suit your needs.
You can edit the template of the RadRibbonView
, but please keep in mind that if you're using Silverlight 5 you'll need ExpressionBlend Preview for Silverlight 5
