RadProgressArea cannot work on my 2003 server

My codes is the same with your sample. But when I upload file, it cannot very well show.  it cannot show Estimated time:  Speed:

and 

 the file up load process threw errors and the video process upload failed.

after a while the server ran out of memory and then shut down the email server...

so, we need to find out able memory leaks....

Could you help me?

Hi Gary Glass,

Can you please answer a few questions regarding your scenario:

1) Have you registered the progress area handlers in the web conffig? Information on how to do it can be found here.
2) Which version of our controls are you using?
3) Does the upload process fail when there is no progress area on the page?
4) Which example do you have in mind? There are several RadProgressArea examples.
5) Can you send us a screenshot of the error that you are receiving?

At my computer, It works very well. But when publishing on the live server, It cannot work.
My version is 2009.2.701.20

Hello Gary Glass,

The demo that you have looked is about monitoring custom progress, not about monitoring file progress. Perhaps something have gone wrong with the custom progress and that's why it is failing on your side. Your webconfig looks completely correct. I have prepared sample demo that shows how to correctly use RadProgressArea for upload monitoring. You can use that demo as a start point.
